About Tyler

I'm interested in what keeps men capable—for a lifetime.

I'm Tyler Stanley. I'm a clinician, Certified Testosteronologist®, founder of Action TRT, former collegiate athlete, husband, father and lifelong student of human performance.

Most of my professional life has centered around men's health. But what interests me isn't simply testosterone or treating a lab result. It's a much bigger question:

What allows us to remain healthy, strong, capable and fully engaged in our lives as we get older?

That's the question behind much of what I study, practice, build and share.

How I Got Here

Curiosity came before specialization.

Tyler's path wasn't a straight line. Each chapter created the questions the next one answered.

  1. 01

    Athletics

Tyler's relationship with performance started as a collegiate athlete. Training, recovery and the discipline of competing shaped how he thinks about the body long before medicine did.

  2. 02

    Medicine

That curiosity about performance became a clinical education — graduate medical training and doctoral work in health science. [Details on schools and early clinical training to be added.]

  3. 03

    Men's Health

Clinical practice drew him toward an underserved corner of medicine: men who were struggling with energy, body composition, recovery and sexual health — often without ever asking deeper questions about why.

  4. 04

    Testosterone Specialization

That focus deepened into specialized work in testosterone and androgen health — becoming a Certified Testosteronologist® and studying how hormones interact with the whole physiology, not in isolation.

  5. 05

    Action TRT

The philosophy needed a practical expression. Tyler founded Action TRT to build the kind of thoughtful, accountable men's healthcare he believed should exist — and to build a team and standards that outlast any one person.

  6. 06

    A Broader Mission

Today the work extends beyond the clinic: writing, teaching and sharing what he's learning about men's health, performance and building a bigger life — for men who may never walk into his clinic.

Men are remarkably good at ignoring their health.

Again and again in men's health, Tyler has seen the same pattern: men wait until declining energy, body composition, recovery, sexual health, metabolic health or overall performance begin meaningfully affecting their lives before asking deeper questions about their health.

By the time those questions get asked, years of useful information have often gone unexamined.

Tyler's interest isn't simply in treating symptoms. It's in helping men understand their physiology earlier — becoming more proactive, more informed and more engaged in the decisions that shape their long-term health.

Men's health deserves more thoughtful attention than it usually gets. That belief sits underneath everything on this site.

Specialized Expertise

What is a Certified Testosteronologist®?

Testosterone is not an isolated system.

Understanding androgen health requires considering the broader physiological picture — metabolic health, cardiovascular health, sexual function, body composition, musculoskeletal health, symptoms, lifestyle and long-term monitoring.

Tyler's work as a Certified Testosteronologist® reflects a specialized focus on understanding testosterone and androgen health within this larger context — not simply knowing how to make a number higher.

The number matters. The person matters more.

Founder

Turning a philosophy into a company.

Action TRT is the practical expression of Tyler's philosophy on modern men's health — built around the kind of patient experience he believed should exist: more thoughtful, more personal and more accountable.

Founding a healthcare company meant learning an entirely different discipline: building a team, establishing standards, developing systems and leading an organization — not just practicing medicine inside one.

Today Tyler's role is increasingly that of founder, leader, teacher and standard-setter: building something that delivers on its philosophy beyond any one individual.

Tyler Stanley with the Action TRT team

Health is something I practice, not just something I talk about.

Tyler is a former collegiate athlete, and training remains a central part of his life. The questions he discusses professionally — strength, recovery, body composition, physical capability, aging, performance, long-term health — are questions he works on personally.

Not because he's perfected any of it. Because the practice itself — curiosity, discipline, repetition — is the point.

Outside the clinic.

Tyler's life is bigger than medicine.

He's a husband, father, athlete and entrepreneur with interests that extend well beyond men's health. Family, training, music, business, travel and the experiences outside work are part of what shapes the way he thinks about health in the first place.

What's the point of building better health if you don't have a life you want to use it for?

My Perspective

A Few Things I Believe

  • 01

Men should become proactive about their health before something is wrong.

  • 02

A lab result is information — not the complete story of the person attached to it.

  • 03

Staying strong and capable is one of the best investments we can make as we age.

  • 04

Expertise should make complicated subjects easier to understand, not harder.

  • 05

Building your health should help you participate more fully in your life — not become your entire life.
