About Tyler
I'm Tyler. I'm a clinician, founder, former collegiate athlete, husband, father, and someone who's spent a significant part of his career trying to better understand men's health.
My clinical work led me deep into testosterone and androgen health. Building Action TRT broadened that interest into a much bigger question:
What does it actually take for a man to remain healthy, capable and engaged throughout his life?
That's what I explore here.
Men's health is bigger than hormones. These are the subjects I spend the most time thinking about, studying and experiencing myself.
Testosterone, androgen physiology, Low T, hormone health, responsible treatment, testing and the questions men should be asking.
Men's health, cardiometabolic health, body composition, sleep, aging, performance and staying capable for the long term.

Strength, recovery, athleticism, muscle, physical capability and how Tyler approaches his own training.
Building Action TRT, entrepreneurship, leadership, family, hobbies and lessons learned along the way.

Tyler's Guide to Testosterone
Testosterone influences far more than most men realize—but understanding testosterone requires looking beyond a single lab value.
Symptoms, metabolic health, cardiovascular health, sleep, body composition, medications, lifestyle, age and medical history all provide important context.
Tyler's approach to testosterone starts with understanding the entire person—not simply trying to make a number higher.
My Perspective
A few principles that shape how I think about men's health, medicine and building a bigger life.
Men shouldn't wait until they're sick to start caring about their health.
A lab result should never be interpreted without understanding the person attached to it.
Testosterone optimization isn't about chasing the highest number.
Health matters because of what it allows you to do with your life.
Founder, Action TRT
Action TRT grew from Tyler's belief that men's healthcare could be more thoughtful, more personal and more accountable.
What started as a clinical philosophy became a company, a team and an opportunity to build a different model for men's health.
Today, Tyler's role extends beyond treating patients. He is building the people, systems, standards and culture that allow Action TRT to deliver that philosophy as an organization.

Medicine is part of my life. It isn't my entire life.
I'm interested in training, business, music, family, travel and staying capable enough to enjoy all of it. Lately, that's meant stepping on a bodybuilding stage — and sharing the win with the people who matter most.
This is the other side of what I'm building, learning and thinking about.
